Proof of Concept
We engage with your team to pinpoint targeted areas for process improvement. Working alongside your subject matter experts and our engineers, we will deploy preliminary training modules within a sandbox environment to help your institution gauge the ROI on your VR project.
Pilot
After the POC phase, we roll out additional IFU modules for your team(s) based on your institutional priorities. During this phase, additional users will participate in testing the pilot modules for feedback and effectiveness. Based on user feedback, the modules will be shaped and molded to maximize and optimize the delivery of your learning objectives.
Content and User Waves
After pilot participants have acclimated to new training environments, modules will be polished both aesthetically and technically to further refine the immersive experience.
Organizational Rollout
Once the sand-boxing period has been completed, BGS distributes and integrates with your organization. BGS VR systems then become available to all your employees, managers, and administrators for use. We also assist with building out your simulation space, as we provide a total end-to-end solution.
